It’s time to invest in yourself! First, set goals. Learn how to set personal and business goals for yourself. If you’re not taking the time to set goals it’s like driving in the dark with the headlights turned off. You won’t know where you’re going and you will waste precious time. Second, take care of your health. Eat right each day, fueling your body with the right nutrients. When you focus on eating healthier, you will feel better and have more energy. I know that the pizza or ice cream gives us instant gratification, but if you’re like me, you regret it later, because you feel lousy afterwards. Exercise daily. Do something every day to get moving and get your heart rate up! Exercise gives you the energy to take on the day with confidence because of how it makes you look and feel. and lastly, choose to be happy. Happiness is a choice. Happy people choose to focus on the positive aspects of life, rather than the negative.
I’m sure you’ve seen or heard about Beach Body workouts on tv, or social media and thinking its just a gimmick. As you some of you know, I started my journey out a few years ago. I thought the same thing as you and had the exact same thought. Years later and still doing Beach Body workouts today, I can say I am in the best shape, the happiest, most confident and healthiest I’ve ever been all because I decided to invest in Beach Body 3 years ago! 21 Day Fix is a program I used to start out my journey as my main priority was getting my food addiction under control. 21 Day Fix seemed like the program for me as it taught me how to control my food and my portions with containers. When I set my goals, I set them so I was able to reach them. When I made the decision to eat better and workout I knew i’d have to put in the work consistently. I didn’t get where I’m at today for nothing. It wasn’t handed to me. I worked my ass of for it, put in the time and money. Over the years it has been a great investment as you can see! Right now I am doing 80 day obsession and I am OBSESSED! But, really…its 80 days of different workouts! The results I’ve seen already are insane! I want those results so I talked to my friend and we both decided to give it a go! We committed to 80 days! It’s not easy but holy cow! I haven’t been this sore in months! Who knew using resistant bands could do so much?! I can’t thank the girls in my group for all the motivation, inspiration, guidance and positive vibes to keep going!
